Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that strategy is only as valuable as its execution, and she is known for helping visionary leaders transform ambitious ideas into measurable, lasting impact.
In addition to her business leadership, Jessica serves as President of AL Association for the Arts, Inc., where she has helped transform the organization into a catalyst for civic engagement, arts advocacy, and community development. Jessica is also the Visionary of Lift Our Vote®, a nonpartisan civic engagement initiative dedicated to creating a culture of voting through education, advocacy, and community organizing. Through strategic partnerships and grassroots collaboration, Lift Our Vote continues to empower historically underserved communities to become informed, engaged participants in the electoral process.
Her work is guided by three enduring pillars: educate, engage, and empower. Whether advising executives, strengthening nonprofit organizations, speaking to audiences, or leading civic initiatives, Jessica is committed to equipping others with the knowledge, confidence, and strategies needed to create meaningful, sustainable change.
Jessica's purpose was profoundly strengthened following a life-altering open craniotomy in 2019. That experience reshaped her perspective on leadership, resilience, and service, reinforcing her commitment to helping others build organizations, movements, and legacies that extend far beyond themselves.
Recognized for her strategic vision, collaborative leadership, and unwavering commitment to community impact, Jessica continues to inspire leaders across the country to think intentionally, lead courageously, and create lasting change through purpose-driven action.
